We ship advertising balloons anywhere in the continental United States, and the transit time is short enough that most people order for a date rather than for stock.
Nationwide, and what that actually means
Everything ships UPS Ground from our factory in North Carolina. Transit is two to five business days anywhere in the continental United States. It arrives as a single carton, 60 by 26 by 3 inches.
Shipping is $135 for a blimp and $27 for a sphere, quoted separately rather than folded into the item price.
Production runs three to seven days from artwork approval. Add the two together and most orders are flying inside two weeks of saying yes.

Buy once, fly for years
The balloon is a one-time purchase. Helium is the only repeating cost, and it is smaller than people expect.
Buy it locally from a welding-gas supplier, roughly $300 for a 200 cubic foot tank, about $1.50 per cubic foot. A sphere fills for around $130 and one tank runs it for about two months including top-offs. A blimp fills for around $255 and tops off at roughly $2.50 a day.
Customers are still flying the same balloon after fourteen years. That is what makes the arithmetic work.
Where the service programme reaches, and where it does not
In greater Phoenix and Tucson we also run a full service programme: we supply the balloon, the helium, the installation, the weather monitoring and the removal, for a daily rate.
Everywhere else, we sell. We will not promise service to an out-of-area customer, because our trucks and crew have to physically reach it. If you are outside Arizona, buying is the right answer and we will say so plainly.
